Governor appoints Delray man to FAU board of trustees
Gov. Rick Scott appointed three new Board of Trustees for Florida Atlantic University, including, Adbol Moabery, a resident of Delray Beach.
Moabery is the president and chief executive officer at GA Telesis, a commercial aerospace company. An honorably discharged veteran from the U.S. Navy and U.S. Naval Reserve, Moabery received his bachelor’s degree in international business management from FAU.
The school’s 13-member board of directors are responsible for, among other things, policy decisions, the implementation of education programs and providing input regarding state policy and budgeting.
